As a Retail Parts Pro/Commercial Parts Pro I'm part of the management team and in charge of making sure our customers leave with a smile on their face and with their problem solved or in the way of being solved. In my duty as a Retail Parts Pro I have:

•Contributed to a 15% increase in customer retention by achieving 120% of the target number of customer Speed Perks enrollment (10 customers per day).
•Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills by leading high quality and before-time completion of more than 4 in-store merchandise distribution projects per month from June 2020 to January 2021.
•Contributed to 10% of store revenue by achieving a 130% dollar per transaction goal (more than 30 dollars per transaction) plus 120% transaction per hour (more than 4 per hour).

• Consolidated dataset from https://sports-statistics.com/ and created data frames with Pandas.
• Conducted exploratory data analysis to determine which variables address Michael Jordan's performance.
• Validated biases in the variables with A/A testing.
• Computed descriptive and inferential statistics.
• Formulated hypothesis to be tested.
• Designed data visualizations with Matplotlib and Seaborn.

• Cleaned and analyzed the data provided for the housing prices in Ames, Iowa 2006-2010.
• Performed exploratory analysis to determine which variables to select.
• Computed the descriptive statistics and validated that the dataset was unbiased enough to perform inferential statistics.
• Calculated the inferential statistics and evaluated which factors presented significant statistical differences in Excel.
• Designed a presentation and explained the factors that drive house price sales with Powerpoint.
