Klabin

❖ Management of the Klabin Group's investees in Brazil and abroad;
❖ Preparation of annual and multi-year budgets and forecasts in accordance with the Company's and investors' strategy, including CAPEX, OPEX, SG&A, operating working capital, free cash flow and cost management;
❖ Financial modeling and development of scenarios for management’s decision and tax planing;
❖ Analysis of actual versus budgeted accounting results and understanding of the main variations;
❖ Preparation of financial reports, analysis, performance projections, presentations and management reports, supporting the decision-making process;
❖ Promote business insights that help generate better financial results, as well as support for the different areas and cross-functional teams in the company;
❖ Preparation and review of financial statements;
❖ Support in discussions on relevant accounting topics such as Biological Assets (CPC 29 / IAS 41);
❖ Preparation of presentations and reports for investors and support to the Company's investor relationship team.

Sr. Corporate Controllership Analyst

❖ Reporting to senior manager and audit partner;
❖ Leadership of a team of up to 5 assistants, aiming at the continuous development of professionals;
❖ Development of soft skills related to teamwork with different people and profiles;
❖ Coordination of relationships and demands with customers, aligning deadlines and responsibilities of both parties;
❖ Management of projects, schedules and deadlines, seeking to optimize the hours spent and improve the quality of working papers;
❖ Mapping and analysis of audit risks, definition of scope and audit procedures to be performed;
❖ Preparation of technical memos and recommendations for improving internal controls;
❖ Experience with M&A operations;
❖ Assessment of the adoption of new accounting standards such as: IFRS 9, IFRS
15 and IFRS 16;
❖ Evaluation of critical accounting estimates;
❖ Automation of routines and processes through data processing software (Alteryx Analytics);
❖ Review of financial statements and reports according to applicable accounting standards (IFRS, USGAAP);

Bachelor of Accounting with active CRC (Brazilian CPA) and currently studying postgraduate in Controllership. Professional career with 6 years of experience in finance, acting in corporate controllership (Klabin) and external audit (BIG 4 - PwC). 

Extensive knowledge of accounting standards (CPC, IFRS and USGAAP), financial statements, financial analysis and reporting, budget management, internal controls and business process evaluation.
