HRN Partners

Real estate company based in Panama City. It is born from the +15 years experience in the Panamanian market of my partner, and my efforts to modernize its processes and team management. We integrate a 360º service with personalized digital investment portfolios, financing services, independent legal consultancy, real estate appraisals, etc. 

My job is mostly remote. I work remotely from the US or Spain and spend intermittent periods in Panama with the rest of the team. Among my functions: 

- Digitalization of processes. From a totally analog and unorganized structure, my first phase is focused on developing our CRM and introducing digital work tools. The goal is to optimize internal communications and increase sales conversion with more comprehensive follow-ups. 

- Sales team management. Incentive restructuring, based on objectives. Elaboration of work processes, information management and communications. Establishing a teamwork culture.

- Business development. Every period in Panama I focus on strengthening relationships with existing clients and leads while working on expanding our services.

Coduxe

Developing digital solutions to optimize our client’s activity. My job focuses in a few aspects:

- Analysis and creation of business opportunities: Understanding the business, detecting the pain points and providing an innovative solution.

- Internationalization of our services. My target market is USA, in which I am actively doing market prospections and generating opportunities on-site.

Following next, a couple of the projects I am working on right now:

➢	uRekon (www.urekon.com) – Project Manager 

After analyzing the events industry, I detected some inefficiencies in the booking processes and staff management that needed to be covered. I worked on the concept and the flowcharts with the development team until MVP was ready. I brought the project to Miami and New York, with two companies showing a strong interest.

➢	Washalia – Digital Strategy

I assisted on the planning of the digital strategy for Washalia. Elaborating the email marketing plan and nurturing, optimizing website product content and their APP. Also involved in the marketing strategy towards the next international car wash trade show, that is taking place in Las Vegas, USA. 

We combine these projects with some others from a diversity of sectors like aviation, hospitality and tourism, in which I am actively taking part of it.
