I have wide experience in private sector, quasi government and non-governmental organisation management. My experience over the year has taught me to employ the interdependence between business and economic development goals as platforms for social change. In addition I have discovered that application of this knowledge gives greater impetus to the achievement of all-inclusive goals; be they business, economic, social or otherwise. As a consultant, I have therefore adopted a versatile approach to identification of challenges and providing solution paths that are meant for the satisfaction of all even where goals seem to be competing. I have worked in Southern & East Africa in wide-ranging development programmes and projects with major experience in application of specific approached such as Value Chain Development (VCD) and Market Systems Development (MSD) I also have higher education and experience in marketing management (local and international) at senior level, as well as MSME development expertise. I have worked in the administration of business grants and providing business management support services and entrepreneurship training to private companies in Zimbabwe, Malawi and Zambia. My latest consultancy work include expert leadership in Programme Capacity Assessment and Pre-Feasibility Study for Hand in Hand (Zimbabwe) for a possible Accelerator Project and a Systems Labour Market Assessment (SLMA), targeting off-farm green jobs for Mercy Corps.
