- Work closely with the engineering team on a daily basis to ensure Jira tasks were progressing according to schedule, did release testing, made trade-off decisions to remove blockers, participated in agile/scrum ceremonies

- Primary responsibility for the reporting, triaging, tracking, and solving of the majority of client facing change requests and technical issues during onboarding/live operations
