I have a proven track record as a leader and program manager in a variety of settings. Currently my tenure has led me to Health IT compliance and policy oversight. I enjoy connecting the dots across audiences and sharing the narrative behind the policy and regulation. This allows me to drive large scale end to end projects and initiatives across programs and teams including product development. Previously, my leadership has led to an increase in MIPS scores for health systems across the US translating to increased revenue for providers of more than $10 million. Advanced policy analysis skills that captured policy gaps which saved providers over $2 million in one year, including legislative advocacy experience. With nearly 10 years experience as a people program manager, I have enjoyed cultivating leadership on teams as well as cross departmental collaboration. My passion is in solving problems that can't be solved, and viewing everything through a lens of equity.
