Hello, I'm Penny I'm a Creative Worker who thinks outside the box, always coming up with new ideas. I also believe that failure is just a learning steppingstone, outstanding Leadership & Teambuilding skills, Im currently a Software Engineer at JPMC Global Banking Platform APG where we Are currently coming up with new ways to innovate and improve the platform as well as Applications developing Micro Services ,accurate and fast Tooling to automate the process. I'm passionate about my kids and family, pets ,as well as AWS DeepRacer ML/RL ,currently building a Humanoid robot from open source to expand my love of Robotics and Machine engineering, I love to create and design & I’m a ADHD advocate for women and girls. I volunteer at the local daily need's assistants, girl scout troop leader for 4 yrs. of 3 troops. gardening, crafts, cooking & hiking, exercise are my outlets for fun as well as good family time.
