My role was to deliver a highly professional and personalised attraction, enquiry management and recruitment service to our Executive Diploma portfolio, while providing outstanding customer service and making it as easy as possible for the candidate.
My aim was to develop trusted relationships and make the recruitment journey, starting from the enquiry stage all the way to final steps in the admissions process, a smooth one so that participants were ready to embark on a transformational journey, enabling them to realise their full potential.

Business Development Manager

Offered high quality, admissions administrative support for courses and processes within our MBA portfolio and contributed to excellent customer service to enquirers, currents students, academics, alumni and colleagues.
Acted as the first point of contact by email, phone or face-to face for a range of enquirers and maintain accurate records from pre-application to registration. Processed student applications and communicate decisions reached by the Recruitment Managers. 
Supported the organisation of recruitment events, such as Recruitment Fairs and Open Days.

My role involves managing the University of Warwick’s Business Partnership offering. I create and sustain relationships with current and potential clients at Board, C-Suite and senior executive level, to develop new and grow existing relationships.

As a trusted advisor to clients, I gain a detailed understanding of their business challenges, offering specialist advice to identify where Warwick can create and deliver value. 

I also work closely with colleagues in our Faculties to provide pro-active support to develop and deepen partnerships with business.

I am a natural connector and believe in building strong relationships that matter. It is powerful to connect with others over what makes us imperfect, resilient, human. It all comes down to people, that is what counts.
