I am an experienced digital director with experience from both B2B and B2C, and I have had assignments at several of Sweden's most well-known companies, such as Volvo, SKF and IKEA. My experiences range from internet / digital strategy development to full-scale e-commerce implementation projects, including international roll-out. I also have more specific experience from areas such as Web Analytics, Search, and Social Media listening. I have extensive experience of project and program management through leading roles in a large number of programs, projects and pre-studies, where I have lead teams of up to 15-20 people spread across different continents. Another key area of expertise is change management, where I have worked with training, communication, stakeholder management and process/organisational alignment. I have also been responsible for establishing a new operating model as well as an E-business Center of Excellence (including new organisation and processes). Lastly, I also have experience from operational work, including cost center and budget responsibility, follow-up of KPI:s and action plans.
