As a Program Manager at 6sense, I was tasked with creating a positive first impression with our customers, while guiding them through their initial 6sense journey. I worked closely with Customer Success Managers, the Strategy Team, Consultants, and the Customer Support team to deliver high quality onboardings.

Program Manager

SalesLoft

Led engagement, drove the understanding of Salesloft product offerings working strategically with sales, customer success, and leadership (both internally and with the customer). In this role I was responsible for managing complex and savvy customer needs, leading on the go trainings, and building a strong partnership.

• Built the bridge between the prospect & account executive, while also working with previous customers to provide value to their new leadership teams.

Inbound Sales Development Representative

• Client facing role with an emphasis in increasing customer success.
• Coordinated client events.
• Budgetary responsibilities.
• Organized and ensured the smooth operation of marketing efforts for the 770 Group.

Team Events Specialist

• Managed seven Financial Advisor’calendars, travel, and expense reporting.
• Qualifications for this role include good communication, problem-solving, and extensive computer skills.
• Assited clients with their account-related details, and requests.

Client Service Associate

Customer Success Associate, with a demonstrated history of client relations, sales, and team event planning within the SaaS and financial services industries. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Salesforce, and Excel.  Experience with coaching, public speaking, management, and leadership. As a former four-year, scholarship, Division I soccer player, I thrive in a team setting. 2017 graduate with a Bachelor of Arts Degree focused in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
