●	Manage more than 800 team members in all operations of four Dallas-area locations of the national food retailer, with additional responsibility for oversight of special projects involving store relocations, closures, remodels, and implementation of major corporate initiatives and processes

●	Planned and implemented all aspects of closing down operations at four store locations over a three year period, including development of comprehensive sales strategies for reducing inventory loss, identifying equipment and inventory to be used at other store locations, and assisting more than 500 team members with transitioning to new internal or external employment as quickly as possible

●	Created the strategic plan for the company’s Global Green Trek Healthy initiative, motivating more than 10,000 team members across the Southwest Region to participate in an exercise and healthy eating program through contests, consistent communication and branding, and using data to foster competition and accountability

Associate Store Team Leader & Project Manager

●	Served in a dual capacity as coordinator of Whole Body Department programs at 28 stores across a four-state region, as well as buyer for more than 400 products in the body care category, driving more than $109MM in annual departmental sales, including $30MM within the body care category

●	Grew the company’s local body care product category from less than $50,000 in sales to more than $3MM in less than two years by developing partnerships with local suppliers and coordinating in-store demonstrations and team member trainings, establishing a standard still in use for merchandising the local program region-wide

●	On-boarded more than 40 local vendors and product lines worth more than $2MM in annual sales, and assisted each vendor in growing their brand by becoming national Whole Foods suppliers, with several vendors going on to become global brands worth an additional $4MM in annual revenue

●	Implemented the highest body care standards in all of retail by assisting vendors in meeting Whole Foods’ strict USDA and NSF labeling standards, ultimately convincing more than 100 global vendors to alter their packaging and production methods to meet the higher standards

●	Assisted in the management of three consecutive store locations with increasing sales volumes (highest volume store had 300 team members), providing mentoring and motivation to the team by sharing passion, culture, and merchandising standards

●	Supported all aspects of eight store openings and 10 major remodels, and taught a series of leadership classes on food and quality standards at store locations across the territory

●	Led a location to being named the region’s number one best merchandised store, with the highest sales comps out of 25 locations region-wide, by teaching best practices to buyers and team leaders that reduced inventory and days on hand
