His career is distinguished by his expertise in building and managing substantial portfolios, overseeing more than $3 billion in assets for pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, and institutional investors, building a reputation for leadership, innovation, and measurable impact. Recognized as one of California’s 100 most influential leaders by the Sacramento Bee, Perry has contributed to public service through a U.S. Senate run and as an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine Business School, where he taught real estate investment and finance to the next generation of aspiring leaders. He holds an M.A. in Law & Diplomacy, with a concentration in International Finance from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and completed his second year in the MBA Program at Harvard Business School. A cum laude graduate of Pepperdine University, Perry served as Student Body President and interned for both a U.S. President and a U.S. Congressman.
