8 months ago I used to design "DUMB" carousels.

I don’t do that anymore.

Why dumb?

Because,
- No versatility.
- No personality.
- No visual hooks.
- No striking visuals.

Here is what I did to make them shine

After 30 days of consistent posting.
I was fed up.

Because,
↪ My posts had under 500 Impressions
↪ No one viewed my profile
↪ Nobody liked my posts
↪ I did not get any leads

It was frustrating as hell.

I did what everyone does:
🚨 I blamed the algorithm
🚨 I called big creators "lucky"
🚨 I called other creators' scammers
🚨 I threw dirt on other people's work

It was all dark and toxic.
It was eating me alive.

So I tried another route.

I went back to the drawing board to figure out:

➡ Why do people click a piece of content?
➡ Why do I read other people's posts and why?
➡ Why a stranger should read what I have to say?
➡ Why do people read the top 1% of creators' posts?

The things that came to my mind were:
✅ Emotional connection
✅ Transparency
✅ Authenticity
✅ Value

Since that day,
These 4 fuel tankers run my personal brand factory.

If you can include these elements in your content.
No one can stop you from getting a huge audience.

Stop blaming the algorithm.
Get back to work ✅

algo hates me

89.4% of employees get this wrong. (Big mistake)

"Your colleagues are not your family."

I made the same mistake.

What do families do?
➡ Stay by your side when rough tides hit.
➡ Take care of you when no one else can.
➡ Hold your hand when others leave you in the dark.

Can your colleagues do any of the above?
Mine certainly did not.

When I quit my job because my boss shouted at me.

8 of my colleagues were there.

➡ No one took my side.
➡ No one held my hand.
➡ No one stood up for me.
➡ No one dared to call him out.
➡ No one told him he was doing wrong.

Everyone stood there silently.
That’s it.

They were afraid to lose their jobs.

That’s when I decided I would never go back into that rut again.

Where,
➡ Relationships are transactional.
➡ Every emotion is transactional.
➡ People are transactional.

Your colleagues are just pretending to be your friends.
Don’t let them fool you.

Get your senses together and work on something of your own.

- Take responsibility.
- Stop living like an NPC.

6 years ago life was extremely hard (I swear!!)

Most days:
✔ I Slept on the floors
✔ Felt like a *kng failure
✔ Saw my dreams die in front of me
✔ Observed eyes peeling off my skin

People told me:

"You will never be able to do anything in life"
"You are stupid & stubborn"
"You are a loser"
"You are crazy"

It was exhausting as:

▪ I was not privileged
▪ I had no roadmap to follow
▪ I had no money to invest in myself
▪ I had so many chips on my shoulder

Design saved my life:

✅ Gave me clarity
✅ Gave me direction
✅ Gave me confidence
✅ Gave me a sense of being

I owe everything to “My PC”

I am at the stage of my life, Where:

✔ Happy to wake up and work every day
✔ Financially independent
✔ Living the way I want
✔ Sleeping well

If you are struggling to build a career,

Here is my humble opinion:

➡ Never make excuses
➡ Don’t be afraid to fail
➡ Help people, it always comes back
➡ Nothing should stop you from moving up
➡ The world always needs a person with a skill
➡ Make a lot of mistakes so you can learn more
➡ Be friends with people who are on the same path
➡ There is no one else in the world like you “believe it”

Life = You + Struggles + Happiness + Lessons ✅

There is only 1 way to sell something online.

No! it’s not about being authentic.

“People buy from people they like, care, and trust.”

If you want to sell something. (A good product)
Become likeable online.

How can you do that?

- Educate them 
- Entertain them
- Make them curious
- Give them a road map.
- Share something people want.
- Be their guide on twisted roads.
- Share your stories full of lessons.
- Provide a step-by-step guide to do a task.

If this is not enough.

Pop up in their feed enough times they can’t ignore you.

Likeable creator 
= You + Your story + Valuable content

You have 0 hours to spend on LinkedIn?

I get that.

You have a “safe” job right now

But imagine a scenario where your job goes away.

Do your skills have no demand in your area?
You have family problems and you have to quit the job.
No one knows you in the market.

Then what?

You have to write your CV again.
You have to appear for job interviews again.
You have to convince people who don’t know you.

It’s scary to even think about it.

right?

But what If I tell you that you can remove all those tough possibilities by just doing one thing?

You only have to show up online for two hours a day and talk about what you do as a professional.

Stop designing your life around your job
Start adjusting your job around your life.

And my mind started losing it completely.
