A dynamic team player who enjoys working to achieve and surpass targets. I have a background in enterprise technology/SaaS sales, campaign and project management, with extensive experience collaborating and representing industry-leading vendors such as Microsoft, IBM, CISCO, SAP, and HPE. I've also worked closely with some of Europe's most exciting and disruptive startups, helping early and growth-stage businesses raise capital via equity crowdfunding. My numbers - circa £30M raised across 70 startups. In 2021 I joined Capdesk (acquired by Carta) as an early hire within their Customer Success team and continue to help them realise their vision - a future where equity is a core component of the employee experience in unlisted companies. Not just a deal-sweetener for new hires, but used to align, incentivise and reward employees throughout their careers.
