I am an experienced Business Analyst with a technical background and have specialised in the Retail Banking, Investment Banking and Asset Management sectors gaining a wide knowledge of the Banking and Finance industry. I have built strong and productive relationships across the business in all my projects and am comfortable working with and presenting to stakeholders at all levels of management and operations. I have worked on and delivered programmes across the operations, liaising with teams from front office, middle office and back office in my career and am familiar with all stages of project life cycle from initiation to implementation. My wide experience in business design and IT systems has been valuable to clients, particularly on projects involving teams from several different business areas. I have a strong record of delivery in complex projects. Since 2012 most of my roles have been in Payments Change. I understand the workflow of Payments Operations, processing and settlement between Schemes, Member Banks and Agency Banks and the use of Correspondent Banking networks for International Payments. I have knowledge in UK, Euro and International payment schemes; (Faster Payments, CHAPS, Bacs, ICS, SWIFT, SEPA, Target2), and experience of using and mapping to different messaging standards including; ISO20022 (Payments, Cash Management, FX and Securities messages), SWIFT MT/MX, and FIX.
