D&W Diesel Inc.

Lead Project Engineer for Industrial Blower Test Stand Control System. This system provided an increased level of accuracy during testing, increased safety, and provided a financial benefit to the company with a return on investment of 10 months.

Scope of work included:
-	Panel layout design and parts sourcing 
-	Control system schematics
-	PLC ladder logic development for control of the automated test, valve control, and alarm 
        monitoring of process temperatures and pressures.
-	HMI graphics development based on High Performance HMI standards
              o Process overview screen for over-all glance at system status
              o Selecting a device displays the associated control screen
              o Results screen collects process measurements in 5-min intervals and displays results table when automated test has ended.
-	Panel wiring and fabrication
-	Panel installation and field wiring
-	System testing and PID tuning
