Core Responsibilities – 

o	Engage with C-Suite decision makers of CPG brands and manufacturers to originate and close 
          long term Supply Contracts to generate ARR
o	Effectively Lead the charge with the initial go-to-market strategy of aTULC beverage cans.
o	Guide clients through the can buying process with a Consultative Approach including Creative, 
        Logistics, Pro-Forma Demand Planning and Financial considerations.
o	Travel for client facing meetings and trade shows.  Exhibit and Present to Groups as needed.
o	Work closely with internal departments to keep communication fluid and meaningful by 
        Including Input and Considerations of others.
o	Manage and Expand relationships with Partner Companies – co-packers, decorators, 
        distributors, mobile canners, vendors.
o	Initiate cross-selling opportunities with the Machines Division.
o	Perform all duties with the Company’s Organizational Vision and Mission top of mind while 
        considering the Customer’s Point of View.

Noted Accomplishments – 

o	Secured initial long term Supply Contracts totaling 60MM units and $4.5MM in ARR including 
        New Business and Net New Business within the assigned region in the first 6 months of 
        assuming the Account Executive role.
o	Established a referral network of Contract Manufacturers to facilitate business by connecting 
        CPG Brand Owners with trusted co-packers.

Account Executive

Sibling Revelry Brewing

Start-up Brewmaster at a green space production facility with 10,000 BBLs of annual production capacity.  Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a packaging brewery producing at max-capacity.

Core Responsibilities – 

o	Production Management of core, specialty and seasonal offerings as well as Contract 
        Manufacturing.
o	Inventory Management via purchasing, logistics, forecasting and budgeting.
o	Personnel Management including recruiting, training/mentoring, scheduling, disciplinary and 
        performance review.
o	Recipe Development and Quality Control.
o	SOP Development and adherence assurance.
o	Project Management including Capital Expenditures and R & D Projects.
o	Interdepartmental Collaboration on specialty releases and GTM strategies. 
o	Vendor Relationship Management

Noted Accomplishments – 

o	Sourced, designed and managed the installation of original brewhouse and cellar components.
o	Over saw 3 expansions to add capacity and increase operational efficiency and safety.
o	Developed the region’s only packaged all-grain Gluten Free Beer.
o	Successfully steered production through the COVID-19 Pandemic with a reduced staff, no drop 
         in production volume and no disruption to supply.
o	Recognized with several National and Regional awards for beer quality including the 2022 
        World Beer Cup Bronze Award for the flagship Red Ale.

Brewmaster

Yakima Chief Hops

Managed sales and customer relationships for Eastern North America including 18 states as well as Ontario and Quebec.  Responsible for originating and maintaining all forward hop contracts and facilitating spot buys throughout the region.  Traveled extensively as the only company agent between the east coast and Colorado.
Core Responsibilities – 
o	Consultative Sales and Contract Management via Quantitative Analysis.
o	Regional Travel Management.
o	Inventory Burn Rate Management.
o	Partner-Company Relationship Management.
o	Hop Variety Selection Guidance.

o	Maintenance of annual sales of over $20MM.
o	Hop Selection in France and Germany for key import varieties.
o	Manager of the highest contract value per pound.
o	Designed a Case Study and Presented the findings to the Mid-Atlantic MBAA

Eastern Regional Sales Manager

Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant

Opening Head Brewer for the Myrtle Beach, SC location from equipment install and commissioning to regular grain-to-glass operation.

Core Responsibilities –

o	Maintain a complete selection of core and specialty products to exacting high quality standards.
o	Inventory Management of both finished goods and raw materials.
o	Plant Sanitation.
o	Staff Training and Customer Engagement.
o	Preventative Maintenance and Equipment Repair.

Noted Accomplishments – 

o	Recognized with a Bronze Medal at the 2009 Great American Beer Festival and the Bronze 
        Award at the 2010 World Beer Cup for the Flagship Golden Export Lager.
o	Successfully commissioned a new build brewery without process or quality delays.
o	100% success rate for brewery sanitation and beer style and quality evaluations.
o	Invited to perform inaugural production at the Annapolis, MD location before completing my 
        first year.
