I left a job as a teacher to become a recruiter. It might seem like a strange career move for some, but it made sense to me. There’s a closer connection between teacher and recruiter than you might think. I thrive on the human connection, on helping people make those tough decisions about their career or how best to develop their business. That’s why I work in the way I do. My candidates become clients, and my clients become friends. I’d much rather grab a beer or a round of golf to tackle your talent challenges than cram into a stuffy meeting room. Operating primarily at Executive level, I have seen first hand the impact that a successful hire can have on a business. It’s why I’m passionate about getting the right person first time.
