Hi and thanks for viewing my profile. I have been a resident of Thailand for over 30 years now and, travel allowing, have spent half my time around the Far East and the UAE. I strongly believe that anyone can be a property investor and let's face it, everyone is interested in property. I try to offer a savvy but calculated approach to investing, whether it be directly into bricks and mortar, namely Buy-To-Lets for capital appreciation and future income and/or UK Commercial Property Bonds for the smaller cash investor achieving 8-12% g'teed loan notes over 12 - 24 months. I have clients ranging from young professionals such as teachers to CEO's and partners of major law firms throughout the Far East and Middle East.
