Works with businesses to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions to: • Banks / ASPSPs: advisory services relating to both compliance as an ASPSP and with strategic opportunities arising from PSD2 and GDPR; • TPPs and Fintechs: advisory services and assistance regarding FCA licensing and business model validation; • New geographies: advisory services regarding learning outcomes, both positive and negative, from UK and European open banking initiatives; • Merchants: assistance to build solutions that will realise the opportunities Open Banking offers. e.g. to avoid the costs of card schemes; and • IT vendors: assistance to ensure solutions are compliant, e.g. with requirements for Consent models and SCA RTS, and also that are flexible to changes to regulatory interpretations and practical implementations of SCA.
