Responsible for all aspects of sales leadership within an iconic British motorcycle OEM, tasked with taking full commercial accountability for sales to the independent distributor network around the world. 

Key Achievements:

•	Grew overall sales from £38m to over £52m. 
•	Exceeded sales revenue and/or operating profit targets in 6 out of 9 financial years.
•	Sought new business in new territories and delivered on my strategic goal of ensuring Triumph was represented in all remaining key geographic locations around the world. 
•	Introduced regular exchange rates reviews to take advantage of opportunities to raise prices and increase margins for the business.
•	Implemented an objective scoring method to audit and measure the performance of the distributor network.
•	Terminated and re-placed under performing distributors in Mexico, Poland and South Africa to ensure my strategy of delivering a competitive market share in all markets was achieved. 
•	Lead the transformation of the dealer network adopting Triumph’s new Corporate Identity standards. This included one of the biggest investments ever made by a dealer in Triumph.

Head of Sales - Eastern Europe, Latin America, Asia-Pacific

Responsible for all aspects of international sales and business development leadership, engaging with and nurturing distributors located across Latin America, Middle East, South Africa and Asia Pacific regions.

Definition and execution of export sales strategies for the regions, meeting ambitious business growth plans.

Focused on effectively developing a dealer network, along with the execution of associated marketing plans.

Engaged collaboratively with distributors to ensure that appropriate plans are in place to fully-maximise the volume and commercial opportunity for Triumph Motorcycles Ltd.

Successfully achieved wholesale and retail sales objectives for motorcycles, parts, accessories and clothing.

Export Sales Regional Manager

Responsible for all aspects of project leadership and delivery, tasked with developing innovative concepts from inception through to specification & launch of Triumph's global dealer website, www.triumphonline.net. 

Full project lifecycle management. Worked closely with the UK dealer network in developing the initial brief.

Achieved success in the launch of what is regarded as one of the best dealer websites within the industry.

Project Manager - Triumphonline.net

Key point of support for the UK dealer network and subsidiaries. Responsible for identifying opportunities to increase parts sales and improve the service offered to the Triumph global dealer network.

Parts Sales Co-ordinator

On returning to Triumph following graduating from university, I joined the clothing department to take over the responsibility of placing orders with our global suppliers and co-ordinating the supply and delivery of our clothing products in to Triumph.

Clothing Import Co-ordinator

One year work placement within the Accessories Department as part of my degree. Experience included forecasting, packaging, purchasing and liaising with the subsidiary and dealer network.
