As a proven organizational leader I channel my passion for helping organizations and their people to be the leaders and architects of change and not its victims. Over the past 25+ years I’ve consulted in North America and Europe with big and small companies, organizations, governments, teams and individuals, be they CEOs, managers or employees. I hold a CMC designation as a lifetime member of the Canadian Institute of Certified Management Consultants. I began consulting while teaching at the School of Business, Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario and went on to hold senior consultant roles with William M. Mercer Management Consulting, Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, PricewaterhouseCoopers Strategic Change Consulting, which became PwC Consulting, and IBM Global Business Services. I have held practice leadership roles in the areas of organizational strategy and change management, leadership, culture change, process re-engineering, system implementation, strategic issues management, process management and re-design, merger integration, team building and collaboration. I now enjoy coaching organizations to lay out their change management plans and manage them through execution, providing tools, support and sometimes en-couragement.
