I have been with ISG for more than 30 years, and I have built a strong reputation and network in the HR consulting industry, delivering high-quality results and tailored HR strategies for various sectors and functions. My core competencies include the search and selection of top talent, personnel and management audits, assessment and development centers, performance management, and compensation and benefits policies. I have a solid business background and a master's degree in international business from the University of Economics in Bratislava. I also speak English, German, and Hungarian fluently.
