Having joined WebEx Communications as a Global Account Manager, I successfully transitioned into Cisco through acquisition and became a specialist in my discipline within the larger firm. By leading an extended team of sales, customer success managers (CSMs), solutions engineers (SEs), architects and others, I was recognized as a consistent top performer. My greatest accomplishments were helping clients rapidly change at scale to over-achieve their business outcome targets.
