I'm a coach and author as well as an expert in marketing, communications, corporate responsibility and employee engagement. I have broad experience in nonprofit leadership, enterprise volunteerism, corporate philanthropy, workplace giving, marketing, communications, and software development. I've worked on the first stealth aircraft (the B-2), the first PDAs (Casio Z-PDA), and the first smart phones (Nokia 9000), and I've published four novels, several stories and poems, and dozens of articles and blog posts. As the father of a transgender child, I am a champion of equality and access to mental health services.
