Led all audience growth and monetization initiatives across the $3B+ consumer media portfolio business at Yahoo. Properties included Yahoo Homepage, News, Sports, Finance, TechCrunch, HuffPost, etc.
- Led senior team of Product Management, Analysts and Data Engineering. Partnered heavily with software development teams. 
- Allocated and optimized $100M performance marketing spend. 
- Attained YoY growth goal of 15%, reversing historical declines. 
- Developed growth scrum process with Product and Engineering for rapid experimentation.
- Developed and implemented Mobile Moments (across all O&O supply), an innovative new ad unit that unified mobile supply and increased eCPMs.
- Worked cross-functionally with company executive leadership to close revenue gaps.

Joined Acompli when product was pre-shipping and company was pre-revenue. Successfully launched company into very crowded category, becoming industry leader within 12 months, leading to $200+ million acquisition by Microsoft Corporation, and only after one round of funding.

Established and drove all aspects of consumer and B2B marketing including company positioning, product marketing, messaging, PR, online, content, social, user acquisition, ASO, lead generation, analytics, sales enablement and growth.

Flurry Analytics

Acquired by Yahoo! (YHOO) for $300M+.

Established company as mobile app analytics and advertising industry leader. Part of executive team that pivoted company in 2008. Directly raised 3 rounds of funding with CEO, including during 2008 economic collapse. Backers include DFJ, InterWest, Menlo Ventures, Crosslink, Union Square Ventures and First Round Capital.

Drove adoption of products into more than 350k apps across more than 100k companies. Grew revenue from $0 to $125 million run rate.  Built and led marketing team, with responsibility over all aspects of marketing including corporate marketing, product marketing, demand generation, thought leadership, digital marketing (online, social, email, etc.), corporate communications, PR, event marketing, and more.

Digital Chocolate

Acquired by Ubisoft (UBI). Kleiner Perkins and Sequoia Capital backed mobile gaming start-up founded by industry veteran, Trip Hawkins. Established and drove product marketing and global product portfolio planning. Helped company increase revenue by over 4X, reach profitability and lead the industry as the world's most critically-acclaimed mobile game publisher.
