Provide rebalancing and trading technology due diligence consulting for large and world renowned data and services provider leading to a successful acquisition.

Defined, designed and consolidated key trade order management technologies for inclusion in Orion Connect trading application code named TOM.

Established requirements based upon industry knowledge. Conducted client interviews to ensure feature / functionality and client adoption goals were met.

Designed working UI models used as live documentation and storyboard for the software development team.

Contributions resulted in a high impact, easy to use online OMS application which includes FIX technology enabling straight through processing of equity trades.

Starting with the back of the proverbial napkin through first customer ship and beyond. 

Successfully brought to market one of fintech's most innovative rebalancing and trade order management systems which sold to Invesco in December 2019. 

Built a nationally recognized brand and became the industry's second largest brand competing head to head against #1 Envestnet / Tamarac.

Product visionary looking beyond the horizon; tracking market trends; collaborating with clients and prospects; and constantly pushing RedBlack to canibalize, reinvest and reinvent itself.

Hired RedBlack's first sales person and together took RedBlack's client count from 5 to 125 in three years. 

Formed RedBlack's technical operations and integration team including its policies and procedures.

Built the RedBlack support team from the ground up including its policies and procedures.

Created marketing and sales collateral and initiatives. Responsible for product marketing, channel distribution, pricing and strategic enterprise account management.

Established, nurtured and negotiated strategic partnerships with firms such as Advent, Black Diamond, ByAllAccounts, Fidelity, Morningstar, Pershing, Schwab, TD, etc.

Built a strong relationship with Advent Software resulting in RedBlack becoming one of the first competing trade order management systems to acquire a strategic partnership with Advent.

Established a strategic partnership with TD Ameritrade resulting in RedBlack being the first rebalancing system to integrate with Veo.
 
Architected and launched RedBlack's Cloud initiatives and became one of the industries earliest proponents for cloud computing in our industry.

Launched a Growing Advisor Program bringing RedBlack technology to burgeoning firms with an entrepreneurial spirit. 

Working with industy experts, writers, news and PR outlets to keep RedBlack in the forefront.

Co-designed an advanced remote database performance and statistics system using early XML technology. This system served as the backbone of Blackpearl’s Oracle monitoring capabilities and far exceeded the capabilities of HP OpenView and similar systems.

Built a strategic alliance partnership between Oracle, SPSS and Exodus to provide outsourced web metrics and market data solutions. Trained Exodus sales executives as part of the ongoing alliance relationship.

Brought the single largest deal in Exodus history to fruition via our channel relationship valued in excess of $250 million.
