- Setting up a common way of working in our CRM (Hubspot) with connected tech-stack
- Recruitment of new sales people
- Development of future sales stars
- Setting up KPI:s and measurement structure for the New Business Sales Team
- Heavily involved in the GTM strategy of the company
- Building up a Sales Playbook for future scaling
- Executing on new business sales with strategic customers

And many other things related to living the start-up life with huge ambitions where everyday might mean a "turn around" towards something new.

Furthermore Project Leading the Swedish Oboarding process, meaning the first two months of a client lifecycle. That includes follow ups with sales reps/ account managers to make sure we have happy clients within the first 2 months. Development of onboarding methodology for the swedish market & survey follow ups also two important tasks. 

At last, also spending some time on competitive analysis for the Swedish market & some product development.
