For new markets my responsibility involves coaching local sales representatives and driving own sales of our Lead Management and Marketing Automation products.

Spännande heldag med Salesforce på Waterfront idag med framförallt AI på agendan. 

Idag går även dom mer komplexa ärendena till #Kundservice att automatisera med hjälp av kombinationen AI och BankID. 

IDkollen är dessutom numera integrerat i bla Salesforce Service och Financial Cloud.

Ålderskontroll vid försäljning av snus och tobak, är inte det en självklarhet? 🤔

Nej, vi kan rapportera att så tyvärr inte är fallet. Det är många #ehandlare och butiker som av olika anledningar inte följer lagen. Läs mer om detta på vår blogg (länk i kommentarerna)

En enkel och smidig lösning på ålderskontrollen är att införa krav på e-legitimation (Finansiell ID-Teknik - BankID, Freja eID, BankID BankAxept AS mfl) , både vid köptillfället samt vid utlämning av leveransen. Gäller både online och i butik. 	

Ett snabbväxande bolag inom branschen som verkligen har tagit ett grepp om detta är Snuset.se och deras VD Carl Pilo Karth. Carl intervjuades nyligen av 
Ehandel.se där han tydligt lyfte fram vikten att hålla på ålderskontrollerna.

“När vi startade Snuset.se för ett år sedan bestämde vi oss för att tillämpa ålderskontroll vid köp och vid leverans på samtliga köp. Detta visade sig vara klokt då nästan alla order innehöll både vitt snus och tobakssnus, konstaterar Carl.”
