Product Manager running an Agile delivery team focused on delivering the next generation client experience for the UK's largest Wealth Manager. The mobile app aims to help clients better manage their money today for their lives tomorrow.

Product Manager, mobilising an agile release train in order to deliver a Salesforce solution to 3,000 daily users with 90% adoption improving advisors ability to manage and serve the clients. The solution transformed the way that the client managed the sales experience to over 2,600 of their UK based partner practices with ca. £120bn AUM to improve the relationship management between the partner practices and their clients.

Supported a Large UK Bank's first major Agile at scale programme in payments, migrating all high value & international payment flows from legacy platforms to new architecture, delivering ISO20022 compliance across four payment schemes and implementing further Cash Management & Payments propositional enhancements.

Defined the target state operating model including implementation process and technology blueprint for the Business Sales, Purchase and Lending teams at the UKs largest Wealth Manager.

Created a group-wide framework reporting into c-suite stakeholders, which sets out how an International Bank operates its intra-group outsourcing arrangements, underpinned by various SLAs between the providing and receiving entity.

Manage the delivery of the Apple Pay service enhancements for UKs largest Building Society, working with a broad network of teams to implement requirements. Balancing the requests of Apple and the demands of our stakeholders to provide solutions that would best suit Nationwide members.

Payments Resilience programme testing performance capacity to provide a level of confidence that anticipated peak PoS, ATM and digital 2018 volumes can be processed without issue, with a view of headroom through to 2020. Working closely with a test team to develop a set of success criteria from which the resilience of the system could be confidently determined and analysing payments data to model future demand.
