I was initially recruited to drive new business in BI/Analytics following Infor's acquisition of Birst in 2017.   However, I was soon promoted to run the firm's Public Sector business across the Southern Region, focusing on Infor's broader integrated ERP capabilities that extend to Finance, Procurement, HR, Asset Management, Property Management, Enterprise Performance Management/BI,  Customer Service, Document Management, Business Process Management and Enterprise Integration / iPaaS.  This integrated suite is offered as SaaS, branded as Infor CloudSuite, and On-Prem.

Founded in 2010, DemystData helps organisations to convert more customers through improved access to information.  The company brings together the best available credit, identity, social, telco, and internal company data to create more comprehensive profiles and refined real-time customer rules and AI predictions, which leads to higher customer conversion and inclusion.

I was initially recruited to drive new business across Asia Pacific with a focus on the Australia/New Zealand territory.  Significant success was achieved with one of the 'Big Four' local banks following the signing of a multi-million dollar, multi-year contract. 
 
DemystData works with leading global banks, lenders, telcos, insurers and payment providers and is headquartered in New York with offices in Melbourne, London, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Space Time Research

Space-Time Research (now WingArc Australia) is a leader in Self-Service Analytics and Business Intelligence for government and commercial organisations.  Their suite of business analytics & visualisation products provides a rich data experience for the delivery of public and commercial intelligence.

I was recruited to manage STR's strategic accounts in Australia & New Zealand as well as develop new business.   There was significant focus on customers across Federal Government.

WingArc also has customers across the globe including Japan, USA, UK, Europe and Africa

Oracle

Working closely with Oracle Communications Product Marketing US, the regional market development and sales teams, I developed and implemented campaigns, strategies and tactics to drive new pipeline business across JAPAC. I was responsible for defining the strategic business plan, executing the plan with stakeholder teams, reporting and communication.

1. Regional Sales Director, Australia & New Zealand, Oracle Communications Products (Individual Contributor role). Responsible for new business in existing accounts and establishing new customers in key target accounts within the Oracle Communications Global Business Unit.  Promoted to broader JAPAC role based on strong business development contribution.

2. Consulting Sales Director, Telstra/Communications Media & Utilities, Oracle Consulting Services (Individual Contributor role).  Responsible for new consulting services business within Telstra and establishing new clients within the Utilities sector.   Success was achieved with three high-profile Telstra projects and positioning Oracle in a large water utility that embarked on a major transformation programme.

NRI (Nomura Research Institute)

Originally SMS Management & Technology which has now been absorbed into NRI.  New business and account management role primarily focused on state government and the mining/resources sector. Responsible for territory and account sales strategy, solution presentations, managing bid teams, preparation of proposals, commercial negotiations, contracts and managing client relationships.  Exceeded targets with significant wins in banking, state government and mining as well as establishing new SMS clients.

Oakton

Responsible for new business and account management for Oakton key customers primarily in banking/finance and mining/resources.  Established a leading tier-1 bank as a new Oakton key account as well as selling a host of other services across my territory. Increased Oakton's run-rate business in my territory by 200%.

Enterprise Client Manager, Vic

Microsoft

Responsible for achieving services revenue and margin targets within major tier-1 Microsoft Commercial accounts in banking/finance, mining/resources, retail and logistics. Instrumental in positioned a new micropayments solution through partnership with a global credit/debit card service provider, local tier-1 bank and Microsoft. I exceeded targets that included upselling Microsoft Premier Support.
