As Chief Operating Officer, I was responsible for overseeing a number of key projects and initiatives within the organization. This included the design and development of a trading simulation model for bitcoin volatility and return, which led to the creation of an Over-The-Counter (OTC) bitcoin trading platform for fiat to cryptocurrency transactions. I led the software team in implementing regulatory compliance and oversaw the creation of investment portfolios.

I played a key role in the development of a hybrid centralised (CeFi)/decentralised (DeFi) crypto market making platform using Hathor Network (HTR) and served as treasurer for the organization. My experience included working with algorithmic trading systems and implementing trading strategies.

In my role as COO, I also led the sales and marketing team and was in charge of reporting and accounting in general administration. I oversaw the creation of websites and landing pages to capture leads and funnel visitors into membership sites, and designed a system to automate the posting of SEO articles for organic traffic.

As Chief Operating Officer specializing in cryptocurrency, I led a 13-member team in the development and operation of a suite of products tailored for cryptocurrency investors. Our platform, built on Telegram, offered market-making capabilities and liquidity pools, serving both retail and institutional clients. We worked in close collaboration with legal and accounting professionals to ensure full compliance, providing our clients with a secure and transparent investment environment.

In addition to managing investment portfolios and liquidity, and providing custodial services for crypto assets using multisignature wallets, I also have extensive experience in fundraising. I have successfully raised funds for a number of projects, including cryptocurrency and security token investments. I am well-versed in the necessary compliance and regulatory requirements, and have a strong network of industry contacts and investors. My team and I were dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the crypto market in order to provide our clients with a comprehensive and informed investment experience.
