Worked between the C-Suite team and Engineering/Developer teams to foster communication, transparency, and exchange of ideas and desires. 
The organization had a strong drive to engage and support community organizations, educational institutions, NGO and NPO organizations, as well as performing code sprints to support Boundless activities and Open Source Geospatial projects. 
I managed budgeting, and coordinated PTO, travel & accommodations, presentations, justifications, internal communications and expectations, press release collaboration, and headcount for hundreds of engagements, from solo person efforts; to 30+ person, week-long conferences. Overseeing and communicating these elements from a "community / developer" standpoint and a "C-Suite / fiscal responsibility" standpoint, I was able to fulfill a larger-than-traditional calendar, while qualifying and acting on leads and create significant revenue opportunities from these community activities.

The Exceeder - Strategic Marketing & Sales Enablement

• Generated marketing and process for promoting, sales training, and growth hacking the fourth division beyond parts, sales, and service within automotive dealerships: Aftersales (lifestyle, accessories, performance) for BMW and Mini Cooper. In test store the first month of revenue equalled that of the past 36 months combined.
• Launched and publish a successful industry publication for technical, marketing, and sales within the automotive OE Integration category.
• Designed Dolby’s "first consumer facing campaign since the 1950’s," to recapture lost integration partner accounts. Dolby was a three month, low six figure campaign that generated an eight figure ARR return before the end of the campaign.
