As Chairman of Field of Dreams and Hoop Dreams, we raise funds and awareness of Action for Boston Community Development (ABCD) which is a nonprofit human services organization that each year provides more than 100,000 low income residents in the Greater Boston region with the tools and resources needed to transition from poverty to stability and from stability to success.  Our efforts are instrumental with the SummerWorks program that puts hundreds of underprivileged kids to work each year, giving them an advantage and the critical skills and experience to compete in the job market.
