As a marketing manager, I was responsible to prepare and implement the Google Adwords marketing strategy on all the markets (SI, DE, IT, US) and was responsible for positive ROI on those campaigns.
I developed the E-mail marketing strategy, implemented new tools that lowered the e-mail marketing costs by 10 fold and prepared e-mail automation drips that are highly targeted.

We used User-generated content that allows us to have a website that is continuously updated, followed by a spike in passive organic traffic and prepared other SEO optimised landing pages that are targeted to customers at the beginning of the Consumer Decision Journey.

One of the main points of the company was to upgrade the ability to measure the selling process, so I worked with the IT department to upgrade the implementation and measurements with Google Analytics and implemented several Google Data Studio reports for different departments (advertising, SEO, social outreach, E-mail marketing) that allow for an easy overview of marketing results.

We also implemented different tools that are increasing the value of every visitor on the website, use FOMO as a part of selling strategy and increase revenue.

As the Head of the SEO department, I lead a team of experts that took on the biggest clients targeting verticals from e-commerce, tourism to SAAS in countries around the world. With deep knowledge in the way how websites should be programmed, I was able to instruct IT, teams, to upgrade their websites to follow the latest SEO guidelines. We always focused on the content on the website that allowed us to create great performing outreach campaigns, all of that together resulted in more than positive ROI SEO campaigns.

Part of my position was also the development of new products, this included E-mail marketing, E-mail automation and CRO. We were able to secure big national and international clients and set-up extended e-mail automation systems (usually using SharpSpring as the main tool) that allowed the clients to increase the revenue from E-mail marketing and decrease the time spent on preparation of the e-mail campaigns.

Several websites that I worked on received UX and UI awards, my input was the planning of marketing functionalities and UI/UX plan.

A big content campaign that I developed and implemented, brought a client in all national newspapers, received front-page headlines and sparked a nation-wide debate on the topic. The exposure that the client received had extremely positive ROI.
