Staff Culture and Alignment Pastor

Led as a campus executive in the development of all services, ministries, and events at a church campus serving 500 people each week.

• Created new processes to manage 24 ministries led by over 100 volunteers including quarterly goals, documented 1:1 meetings, and a leadership pipeline resulting in less time in wasteful meetings, consolidated lines of communication, and more clarity for volunteers.
• Managed a budget in excess of $650,000 aligning resources with organizational goals.
• Applied conflict management skills and active listening to resolve issues between volunteers and staff of ages 14-65 resulting in a greater commitment from the volunteers.
• Researched best practices for church strategy and execution and implemented assimilation funnels increasing volunteer involvement.

Campus Associate and Youth Pastor

Recruited, coordinated, and trained a team of over 20 volunteers to create weekly live production experiences and digital media content for a middle school ministry of 350 students and a high school ministry of 500 students including live sound mixing, 450 square foot stage backdrop design, and audio/video presentations.

• Designed, budgeted, and built a $15,000 creative resource center which created opportunity for over 30 volunteers to learn practical media skills.
• Mentored a total of 35 interns resulting in one intern running a photography business and several to go on to careers in media communications.
• Managed promotional and marketing projects with a variety of deadlines including posters, flyers, brochures, booklets, and videography for an annual retreat hosting 700 people.
• Managed a team of 8 content creators under strict time constraints to plan, record, and produce daily recap videos in under 24 hours for 3 consecutive days at annual youth retreat of 700 people.
•. Communicated with 3 departments to prioritize projects under time constraints and manage competing resources.
