Let's face it: Running a small business is fu**ing tough. It's a constant rollercoaster: We win some, we lose some, we get knocked down, and we get back up. It's hard, and I've had my fair share of ups and downs, including the failure of two businesses. First up... I'm a family man, a lover of nature, the outdoors, good food and international adventures. I have a passion for entrepreneurship, spotting opportunities, dreaming big, and connecting awesome people. I speak very openly about my struggles with depression, which gripped me for 13 years as a result of one of those failures, and my diagnosis of ADHD, which went some way to explaining why I am the way I am. I've always wanted to be "self-made, " and from the age of about 10, I told anyone who listened that I'd be a millionaire when I grew up. Nowadays, of course, I realise that there's much more to life than money. My primary goal is to be the best dad I can be to my young son. I started my business coaching firm in 2019 with that goal in mind, and I'm happy to report that I live a life that's well-balanced. We've grown a bit since then, and alongside my wife (and rock), Sarah and the other awesome people in our team, I run several businesses that are all aimed at helping PEOPLE AND BUSINESSES GROW.
