Led the team supporting the underwriting systems through a round of redundancies following the Y2K project. Transferred office to focus on MI systems.

•	Analysed data for new Business Objects MI reporting platform, split data between fact or dimension leading to new database allowing MI business teams to develop standard reports, saving time and costs
•	Coded changes to the operational system to create data plus the program to identify policy changes, resulting in a database which allowed the MI business to highlight cross selling opportunities

One of a team responsible for the Underwriting systems. Maintained and enhanced the system and where necessary provided on-call support.

•	Led a small team reviewing and coding the changes required for Y2K compliance for the Home Online underwriting process. Thorough testing delivered a stable platform following the century change.
