WHAT I DO: I help companies to boost to the next level as a whole and especially in setting up sales organizations, business development and managing accounts. HOW I DO IT: First, analyze the organization from the business model value proposition, The basic idea is of how an organization creates, delivers and preserves value. Second, what are the causal links between the different objectives in the four perspectives: business value, customer, internal processes and learning and growth perspective. My approach in business development is 'solution selling approach'. WHAT DISTINGUISHES ME: I have a broad experience in managing companies, broad experience as business developer, good know-how in (new) innovative technology like application development (scrum/devops), AI/ML, cloud solution and development, block chain technology, IT security.
