I'm a dedicated, high motivated HR professional and recruitment specialist with over 19 years experience in recruitment and over 20 years of leadership experience. Maybe I would start from there, and it pretty much characterizes my career that when I was in high school, I think I was 15 years old - I had been learning German for a year, I was lucky to have a good strong teacher - one day when my dad came home from work, he told me: the next day the Austrians come to Kisújszállás to negotiate with his company. And they won't have an interpreter with them. Well, I'm saying it's okay, I get it. But I did not understand :). The next day, I interpreted my one-year language skills, turning the ins and outs of steel structure production tormentingly amidst a fantastic dinner from which I couldn’t enjoy two bites because I either spoke Hungarian or German or sweated to understand what the parties wanted to communicate. This motivation helped a lot. In November 2002 started TESK. We committed ourselves to help recruiting workforce with my team. We started to build the service, and 2 years later, in cooperation with an Austrian company, we dropped into an international project, and then in 2006 came the first real, large, greenfield project, Hankook, where we recruited 52 engineers in half a year. In 2007 we worked on the construction of the tunnel of Metro 4 with a larger team of employees, then came the smaller and larger projects (shared service centers, other factory projects), and from 2015 we worked on Apollo recruitment, our biggest project ever, where we recruited more than 600 employees in 2 years. In 2015, we reformed our recruitment solution and perhaps the whole market with this - instead of a success fee, we are fully committed to the results, and so we successfully closed 95% of our orders last year.
