In 2021 I started a brand new unit at Odoo Hong Kong 'Partner Enablement' (as part of Channels department), developed KPIs, strategies and materials for the team to grow and help new Odoo partners reach their fullest potential. The team not only grew steadily and evolved into 'key accounts', but we also produced the best sales results on the sales floor in terms of MRR % overachievement: 
- 246% in Q3 2022
- 264 % in Q4 2022
- 185 % in Q2 2023
- 287 % in Q3 2023
- 244 % in Q4 2023

The team also closed the largest amount of longer term contracts for past 3 consecutive quarters.  

Overseeing channel sales, working closely with Odoo partners and their customers, analysing customer business requirements and helping them cover the ERP gap, delivering product demos and closing sales.
