Because only satisfied employees are good ambassadors of their company. • Business with human touch I lead a team of great people, who take care of the needs of our employees in 4 countries - in Slovakia, Czech republic, Austria and Hungary. I motivate my team to be close to our people, to know their daily routine and be able to spot any potential issues. I am proud that at Lyreco Central Europe, besides being number focused, we always consider the impact of our decisions on our people. • From HR to Employee Life Cycle I started at Lyreco as employee No.8, currently there is 360 of us. With my colleagues, we have evolved over the years from carrying out basic HR activities to a full Employee life cycle care. I motivate my team to take high quality care of our people and their personal development. Therefore, we also have a special Learning & Development team, regularly providing trainings for the organization, coordinating our Talent academy, developing our people managers and cooperating also with external experts. • Not only Customer experience - Employee experience is key Together with my Leadership team colleagues, we continuously strive for improvement of our services for clients, and at the same time, the experience of our employees. Thanks to me being with Lyreco Central Europe almost from its very start, I have had the chance to experience the people impact of such benefits as, for example, our global Very Lyreco People program. Every year, our best employees join an exotic luxurious trip 🌴 - they have already visited places such as Colombia, Tanzania, Brazil, Cuba, Bali and others. • Years with Covid The recent years with Covid have been a new opportunity to show our employees how much we value them. I was honored to be invited to join the global Lyreco Group Crisis Comittee during the first Covid wave, which enabled me to be part of introducing Employee assistance programs in most of our subsidiaries.
