I provide strategic leadership, manage and resource program delivery, support innovation community building, communicate the organisation's vision and mission, ensure operational excellence.

CBR Innovation Network is a collaboration of CSIRO, ANU, UC, UNSW Canberra supported by the ACT Government and other partners to connect, promote and accelerate innovation and entrepreneurship in the ACT. Responsible for co-design and management of programs of the network and its partners, developing and maintaining partner relationships and scoping and launching new ACT wide business incubation program as a core part of the network's activity.

Supported the CEO of the incubator in developing and piloting a portfolio of incubator client services, managing growth pathways of incubated companies, building mentor networks and coordinating mentor engagement with incubated companies, building corporate partnerships, growing investor networks, scoping, launching and managing new products and services, and ensuring the incubator is properly funded by a growth partnership of private and public sector. Designed and delivered the SODA Ignite workshop series that introduced startup founders to Lean Startup. This entire engagement was delivered on contract by the Berman Group.

Business Growth Manager

Planning and delivery of business growth advisory services and support to startups and existing businesses in the Waikato region, industry engagement, investor & mentor networks, building regional, national and international partnerships of the incubator  (this was a Berman Group contract).

We have advised SODA in New Zealand, where we have been delivering cluster facilitation (2011), strategic planning, management and business growth advisory expertise.

Responsibilities included strategic planning technical assistance to municipalities and regions, lecturing and training. This practice was later sold to Berman Group.
