I also give regular lectures as an external guest at the University of Economics. My topics include hiring, setting up HR departments and processes, collaboration between HR and business, as well as LinkedIn. I serve as a judge in the Fénix marketing content for the LinkedIn section. In my free time, I write an HR blog and engage in online marketing. Thanks to this, I have an overview in the field and beyond. I educate myself in online marketing, HR, and psychology because I simply love them. I enjoy the pace of e-commerce and private equity, data in HR, process excellence, changes in recruitment, and devising smart solutions without a budget. In addition, I believe in a better HR world full of quality products and services for candidates and companies. 🏆 In 2019, I won Recruiter of the Year at the Recruitment Academy Awards.
