TP Vision

Managеs marketing, trademarketing campaigns for TP Vision in the next countries: Ukraine, Moldova, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Israel. Broad scope of responsibilities included: development of strategic marketing plans, training and development, campaign management, media purchasing, analytics, point-of-sales materials production, sales support and vendor management.

- Responsible for annual marketing activities planning, management, and execution for the whole region (Ukraine, Moldova, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Israel);
- Directly communicate with agencies, negotiate conditions and contracts, evaluate offers
- Initiate market research and analyze findings, conduct products, and prices benchmarking; 
- Execution of local BTL campaigns for TVs (including adaptation to local circumstances)
- Working closely with KAM on Customers plans + product launches & activities related to them
- Execution of the POSM with focus on visible enhancement and consistency of the brand
- Execution of On-line campaigns(Ukraine, Moldova, Baltic) and On-line Coop activities
- Coordination of POSM production process (including localization coordination, including supplier 
  selection/evaluation, communication with suppliers)
- Tracks and evaluates the effectiveness of local marketing campaigns
- Building local trade marketing and in-store visibility knowledge within the country
- Responsible for organization of sales & marketing events (Launch event) 
- Responsible for servicing selected accounts and selected categories by shop staff training, 
   merchandising support, promoters teams
- Organizes PR events and ensures PR activation in the country including test & review samples
- Supports activation of Smart TV applications implementation and integration in 
  cooperation with local content service providers
- Responsible for new products testing and reporting
- Responsible for product materials readiness in correspondence with local requirements - manuals, 
  labels, packaging

Marketing Manager

Developed and activated a local Trade marketing strategy for TV category: promotions, campaigns and supported the key product benefits. Responsible for point of sales materials (POSM), on-line, PR, sales & marketing events, training and merchandising. Managing trade marketing budget spent in coordination with Central Business and Marketing.

- Developed and managed the annual Trade Marketing Activities Plan for TV category;
- Developed, implemented of trade activities, projects for TV category in trade channels;
- Developed, produced and distributed POS materials, brand zones, shop equipment for TV category;

Managed all Trade Marketing processes which were conducted based on Anual Marketing Calendar, with high attention to quality and budget performance. Supported all Marketing and Sales activities in cooperation with Marketing Manager and Sales team to achieve company goals. Developed, produced variety of POSm and furniture to improve distribution and instore presents for main driving categories of the Consumer Lifestyle products. High quality product trainings were conducted to improve shop staff knowledge and support new CL products and categories launches.
