Brix Interactive Gaming was established in 2015 to bring interactive gaming solutions to bricks and mortar casinos in the Americas and only worked with fully regulated and compliant partners and customers.
The seed investment partner (Four Corners Inc) has over four decades of regulated gaming experience in the United States. Brix also benefited from professional and operational support services from the investment partner.
Successfully launched the first regulated live dealer studio in the United States, in partnership with Ezugi and The Chickasaw Nation. Live blackjack was streamed to on property tethered and remote tablet devices.
World class technology partnerships were secured for virtual sports and a class II game engine identified and purchased, to bring the latest proven HTML5 slot content from online gaming markets into a regulated land based casino environment.
Significant time and investment was made into on-property geo-location, in order to meet strict regulation around gaming areas of casino properties. 
New business was secured with a major California tribal casino group but speed of scale beyond two forward thinking primary operators, would have prevented the business being successful; without patience and sizeable long term investment commitments. 
Diligently advised the investor group to take a longer term view in a slow changing US market or stop the venture. The decision was based on hard evidence gathered in the field across fifty casino groups.

Led the Interactive Division of TCS John Huxley which enabled land based casinos to successfully take their brands online/mobile; through market proven third party and proprietary product solutions.
Conducted a full and detailed International market entry assessment of how TCS John Huxley could participate in the Interactive Gaming market and avoid areas where competitors had invested and lost considerable funds. The business plan was granted initial board approval to offer land based casino customers a unique convergence technology solution, linking land based and online gaming technology.
Presented lower risk, lower cost partnership opportunities for the company to participate in the Interactive sector.
Based out of Singapore and travelling extensively Internationally, reported directly to the CEO until June 2014 and the Executive Chairman thereafter.
Contributed to the wider business direction as part of the senior management team.
Represented Knutsson Holdings at occasional board meetings for their regulated online gaming interests and advised Knutsson Holdings regarding new interactive gaming investment opportunities.

Joined Pentasia as a Consultant in the UK and progressed with multiple promotions to lead teams in the UK and Singapore before being promoted to Managing Director of Asia Pacific at the start of 2009.
Led the business turnaround from previously incurred financial losses to profitibality, double digit year on year growth to make Asia Pacific the most profitable business region for Pentasia in 2011.
Broadened the client base away from a reliance on online gaming clients to work with prestigious regional state lotteries, technology providers and the land based casino sector.
