Hola & welcome to a bit about me: In essence, I spend my days fostering connections, curating dream teams, and turning office spaces into creative hubs. I've always believed, and still do, that the right blend of personalities and skills, mixed with a tantalising culture can spark sheer brilliance. For the last twenty years I've specialised in the ever-changing world of marketing, working with an eclectic mix of firms & people, from start-ups & SMEs to iconic brands, and sparky digital & design agencies. It's seen me work on graduate level entry roles through to Board level appointments, and have helped firms find their unicorns & placed visionary designers, and mad-genius marketers into their dream roles. I think it's fair to say that I've seen a fair bit – from marketers that make a brand dance, to designers that make the impossible, possible, to writers who weave magic with words. I didn't intend to make a career in recruitment, but realising I wasn't going to be the next Tony Iommi, thought I'd better do something to pay for my addiction to trainers. I simply found a knack & enjoyment for bringing like-minded souls, together. From 2005, I have held the role of MD, which made my Mom mega proud, but led me to going quite bald, but at the same time inherited a greater understanding of listening to my instincts, being impeccable with my word, and treating everyone with sincerity. I genuinely believe that our clients and candidates come back to us because of our older & wise heads, knowledge and impartial guidance that we provide. I'm simply, genuinely interested in human interaction and bringing together unique individuals. It is not enough to simply judge people on a CV, or a client on job brief. It's way more than this - each of us interprets the world differently, and I like to understand people by rational interaction and fair judgement. I don’t presume or judge, just simply use decades of experience to guide and help candidates and clients in the ever evolving world of marketing, and it’s been a privilege to do so for the last 20 years.
