• led and directed CPG strategy, design, and implementation for 10 private label brands across 4 store banners (Stop & Shop, Giant, Hannaford, Food Lion) spanning the Southeastern and Northeastern United States.

• directed and managed the creative team consisting of 2 design managers, 7 designers, and 9 production artists; 18 employees across offices in two states.

• mentored and trained the creative team, previously focused on the design implementation of external creative partnership work, to produce agency-level creative work in-house. 

• revised creative team structure to brand-based silos, vastly improving productivity and reducing errors and design inconsistencies within the respective brands.

• co-led design and production team dedicated to Albertsons/Safeway private brands.

Anthem Worldwide (Now SGK)

• developed and directed retail and CPG brand & packaging strategy, design renovation, revitalization, and innovation campaigns for medium to large Fortune 100/500 brands.

• creative team lead on design industry award-winning redesigns of Safeway Select and Snack Artist private label brands.

• led the design implementation and rollout of Open Nature, an entirely new natural foods brand for Safeway.

• clients included Albertsons/Safeway, Central Garden & Pet, ConAgra, Del Monte, and Hormel Foods.

Senior Design Director

Award-winning director and designer, equally versed in creative leadership and hands-on design development with an extensive background in brand and corporate identity, retail design systems and packaging; CPG, and FMCG. Has built and led creative teams of all sizes, in both onsite and remote capacities. 

Has worked with numerous Fortune 100/500 brands including Amazon, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Big Heart Pet, Blue Diamond, Campbell’s, Central Garden & Pet, Coca-Cola, ConAgra, Del Monte, Dreyer’s, Foster Farms, General Mills, Hanes, Hormel, Nestlé, Oscar Mayer, Pepperidge Farms, P&G, PepsiCo, Premier Nutrition, Purina, and Ubisoft. 

In addition to working on national brand accounts, has significant experience in private and owned brand strategy, design, development, management, and implementation; working with companies including Albertsons/Safeway, Ahold-Delhaize, A&P, IGA, and Kroger.
