JJ (Projjal) is a tech entrepreneur, CEO coach and angel investor focused on the impact of AI on the future of work & productivity. Currently CEO & founder of OnLoop, a GenAI company focused on making every manager a great manager. He is Singaporean, a World Economic Forum (WEF) Tech Pioneer, holds a Stanford MBA, and has previously held leadership positions at Uber and Accenture Strategy. ___________________________ Projjal is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of OnLoop. Founded in 2020, OnLoop is a GenAI company focused on manager and team effectiveness. The product aids managers to better run their hybrid teams and get back precious time from time-consuming manual processes. Their habit-forming app leverages the Collaborative Team Development (CTD) framework to dynamically focus a manager's attention on an individual's well-being, goals, superpowers, blind spots, or continuous growth depending on the situation to unlock optimal clarity and performance. Their GenAI tech helps to convert unstructured 1-1 notes to goals or feedback, helps to deliver tough feedback and replaces manually written performance reviews with machine learning-generated content, summarizing the disparate data points captured in the product. Beyond Meat, gov.sg, We Are Social UAE are some of their early customers. Prior to founding OnLoop, Projjal spent 3.5 years at Uber in a variety of roles including leading Strategy & Operations for Business Development globally, leading Strategy for the APAC business, and as GM of the Philippines business. He also spent time in corporate development and M&A for an industrials conglomerate, in strategy consulting in South East Asia, and in early stage companies in Latin America. Projjal considers Singapore home where he lives with his wife Oly (Projjal is a proud Meta dependent) and is also OnLoop HQ alongside New York City. He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BBM/B.Sc double degree from Singapore Management University.
