Under my name @daphoscent I create simple vegan recipes and have been self-employed as a content creator and social media marketing manager since November 2022.

My focus is on sustainable businesses who have a positive impact on people and earth with their products. I have worked with companies in the food, fashion, health and tech sectors.

My current tasks in the field of communication and online marketing at HZaborowski are:
- Restructuring of the current marketing strategy (e.g. definition of communication channels and their preparation, creation of the editorial plan).
- Development and implementation of a communication strategy to position HZaborowski in the CSR environment
- Writing blog articles, videos and social media posts on the topic of sustainability/CSR
- Accompanying, documenting and following up on events (e.g. announcements, video shooting/ editing and postings)
- Maintenance of the homepage and the podcast

Online-Marketingmanager

the way up GmbH

As a working student at the way up GmbH, a start up for recycled and upcycled interior products, I worked in Marketing and Social Media. 

My typical tasks were: 
- Responsible for the social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Creating, editing and uploading short videos to present the products 
- Active content 
- Writing engaging captions for each post and uploading the product photos 
- Managing the Instagram story with polls etc. 

Other highlights were: 
- Preparing the founders show "Die Höhle der Löwen" (The Lion's Den), in particular preparing the community for the broadcast 
- Co-organisation of a social media event in Berlin, where I organised and carried out two workshops 
- Participation in a product photo shoot, in particular the creation of short videos to present the products

As a dual student in technical consulting, I support and accompany projects from various industries such as the automotive, agricultural, medical, mechanical engineering or food industry. 
My typical tasks are:
- Supporting the creation of detailed costing of components/assemblies and development costs in an international environment
- Participation in benchmark projects (disassembly of products, photo documentation, creation of Bill of Materials, research) 
- Development and expansion of databases and documentation of costing knowledge
- Research of labor, overhead and tooling costs, material prices and manufacturing processes
- Completion of my bachelor thesis

My bachelor thesis named "Methods for simple material identification of metals" was about the development of a tool for the identification of ferrous metals, aluminum and copper with their alloying elements, as well as other selected non-ferrous metals in their pure form.

Social Media Marketing | (UGC) Content Creator | Videoproduction

Sustainability and environmental awareness are important aspects for me that I integrate into my daily life and also want to include in my future career. For these reasons, I am starting a master's degree in e-commerce and online marketing in order to work with companies to raise attention to climate-friendly products and encourage environmentally conscious consumption. Through my dual studies in the Bachelor's program, I already have professional experience in technical consulting and knowledge in the field of industrial engineering.
